Chris - Depression in young people
Hi I’m Chris I’m currently on the 24/24 volunteering programme. When I was in school I suffered from depression which lead to me dropping out of school and getting no GCSE's.
At the height of my depression I felt as if I was on my own with no help available and felt isolated.
Now that I am over my depression I think it is important to help other people who could have been in a similar situation. Which is why I am involved with the 24/24 website designed to help young people find the help they need.
