Project - Aspire

Great Aspirations Pre employment project funded by SIB, it is a City Wide project for people aged 16+.

We offer Cvs, interview techniques, training opportunities, job searches, confidence building and one to one support, issue based work, motivational workshops and volunteering opportunities.

There is also Joblinkage drop-in Service Wednesday 11am till 3pm with Alison Cox (please note there is criteria for this service)

Registeration is easy just drop into Pallion Action Group Monday to Thursday 9am till 4pm or Friday 9am till 2pm and ask for Karen

Since Great Aspirations Launch in January 2011:  We have currently over 270 clients who have received support for pre employment.  Clients have progressed on to college, work based learning, full time and part time work and also volunteering opportunities.

• 54% of users are referred to us by word of mouth.
• 80% of users have progressed onto further educational, training, and volunteering opportunities.
• 94% of users have expressed extreme satisfaction with the personal service offered by PAG.
